If you want to host behind a router, try to follow this guides. Helpful to open 7575 UDP port.
First Method: By Opening the router control page
- First of all click on "Start"
- Click on "Run"
- Once "Run" opens, type "cmd"
- It will open a Ms-dos styled program, there type "ipconfig"
- It will show some IP addresses, copy the one called "Deafult Gateway" (In the case you find more than 2, try them all)
- Open your browser (IE, FF, Opera), and put the number just like if it was a website (example: http://popre.net)
- It might ask you for a password and a username. You can try with: a.) User: Admin Pass: (nothing) b.) User: Admin Pass: Admin c.) Both blank.
- It will open a website, search for any link containing the words "Forwarding" or "Ports" (If you can't find it, explore all the site).
- Click that link, there will ask you to fill some fields, the ones by deafult are:
- Application: Populous 3 (If not on the list, click add manually or something)
- Port: 7575
- Protocol: UDP
- Origin: Leave it blank or put any port you might want to change

Second Method Using PortForward.com
- Dowload a utility from the site http://portforward.com
- Install it
- Select your router model and brand from the list
- Configure the router IP, Username and Password
- Select the program you want to forward
- Ready
